YOU WILL LOVE HER! 🩷 She has changed my life!!! When I first started working with Teresa in December 2023, I was skeptical. Trainers I have worked with in the past made me feel insecure and judged and I wasn’t thrilled with the results. Initially I planned to work with her for 6 weeks, but as I started to see results that I didn’t know were possible, I’ve found a way to continue to work with her three days a week. She was able to meet me where I was at, which was embarrassing at the time, and I felt so comfortable and encouraged. She has been so patient, yet has the skill set to direct me to do exactly what I need to do to reach my goals. After just 4 months, I am seeing muscle definition I didn’t know was possible. I am also developing a cute and tight bubble butt after being called, “flat butt” for 39 years. My tight clothes are actually starting to look good on me. :) Even with this tough economy, I’m going to find a way to continue working with her because she is worth it. :)
